  • Meeting with the house owners to discuss general estate requirements.
  • Managing the daily operations of the estate including staff schedules, house staffs.
  • Managing teams maintenance, landscaping, cleaning and security.
  • Supervising all administrative tasks like filing legal documents, and preparing invoices.
  • Preparing and managing the estate budget
  • Collecting rent, dealing with late payments and handling operating expenses.
  • Setting rental rates, negotiating and enforcing lease agreements
  • Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work
  • Maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc
  • Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in real estate, customer service, hotel management or similar.
  • Great leadership and project management abilities.
  • Good negotiation skill, communication skill and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in use of computer software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.)
