Job Description
- Find out and analyzing market news, conduct market research including competitor’s market, activities, and prices, identify the market opportunities and grab them
- Networking with new potential clients and maintain existing clients
- Forecasting and setting the monthly and annual budget plans and sales and marketing plans, implementing and controlling the expenditures, and making sure that the sales team meets their targets.
- Branding of the company name, image and offered packages
- To monitor regularly prior to participate in the relevant events and exhibition
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Coordinate with other departments and customers in project executions, respond to customer requests, and resolve issues.
- To do the other related works that assigned by the Management
Job Requirements
- At least possess a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Related equivalent diploma
- Relevant experiences as a Sales & Marketing Manager in the Construction & Real Estate sector
- Can work independently and having strong customer service/effective communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Possess the Strong Leadership
- Self-Starter and fast-paced environment
