- Meeting with the house owners to discuss general estate requirements.
- Managing the daily operations of the estate including staff schedules, house staffs.
- Managing teams maintenance, landscaping, cleaning and security.
- Supervising all administrative tasks like filing legal documents, and preparing invoices.
- Preparing and managing the estate budget
- Collecting rent, dealing with late payments and handling operating expenses.
- Setting rental rates, negotiating and enforcing lease agreements
- Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work
- Maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor Degree
- A minimum of 5 years experience in real estate, customer service, hotel management or similar.
- Great leadership and project management abilities.
- Good negotiation skill, communication skill and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in use of computer software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.)
